These galleries, most of which are privately owned, exhibit contemporary Zambian art for sale.
museums
Some Zambian museums hold collections of historical and cultural art. They also promote Zambian art through temporary art exhibitions.
roadside galleries
Zambia also has a number of privately run roadside, open-air art galleries that tend to sell a mixture of fine art, craft and tourist souvenirs.

Royal Livingstone Hotel, LIVINGSTONE - frequent temporary exhibitions
Zambezi Sun Hotel, LIVINGSTONE - permanent, though constantly changing exhibition in the foyer of Squires Restaurant, also occasional temporary exhibitions in the hotel
Intercontinental Hotel, LUSAKA - permanent exhibition, known as Twaya Art Gallery
